Auto Post is an automated messaging service that allows users to:

Schedule and automate messages to Discord and Telegram channels
Manage multiple channels from a unified dashboard
Set posting intervals ranging from 1 hour to 2 days
Monitor message delivery and posting history

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
You must provide a valid email address
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You may not share your account credentials with others

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users.

4. Acceptable Use

6. Pricing and Payments

Each message publish or renewal costs $2.00 USD
You must maintain a sufficient account balance to publish messages
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service.

6.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to users in advance. Existing published messages will continue at the rate they were published.

7. Message Expiration and Renewal

Messages published through our Service have the following characteristics:

Messages expire after 1 month from the date of publication
You may renew expired messages by paying the renewal fee
Expired messages will stop posting automatically
You can pause, resume, or delete messages at any time through your dashboard

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Auto Post and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create and post through our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

Store and process your content to provide the Service
Post your messages to the platforms you specify
Display your content in your dashboard and account

9. Service Availability and Disclaimer

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. The Service may be unavailable due to:

Scheduled maintenance
Technical issues or failures
Third-party platform outages (Discord, Telegram)
Force majeure events

9.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTO POST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Auto Post and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Auto Post regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
